International Bank Transfer (T/T) & L/C Payment Terms
- All payments shall be made in USD only.
- International Bank Transfer (T/T) payments are subject to a 13% transaction fee.
- L/C shall be irrevocable, payable at sight, and issued by a first-class international bank.
- All L/C documents shall be mutually agreed upon by the Buyer and Seller prior to the contract.
- All other overseas bank charges shall be borne separately by each party on their respective side, and the Seller must receive the full amount.

Shipping Terms & Delivery Conditions
- Flat rate USD 35 per order via DHL Express for international shipments only, for total shipment weight up to 1 kg. Any minor shipping cost difference by destination, if applicable, will be absorbed by the Seller.
- Orders of 3 Tola and above qualify for free DHL Express shipping, fully covered by the Seller.
- Full cargo insurance is included, covering the full invoiced value of goods.
- Transit Time (DHL Express), Approximately 3–5 business days worldwide, depending on destination.
- Delivery Terms, Incoterms® 2020 – DAP (Delivered at Place) via DHL Express Worldwide.
All shipping services are fulfilled via DHL Express Worldwide under standard export compliance and CITES regulations.
Inspection, Quality Assurance & Warranty
- Each lot is produced by stainless steel hydro-distillation under strict quality standards using carefully selected raw materials. The buyer may request GC-MS and other residue testing for any lot through a reputable laboratory in Thailand or the Asia region, subject to prior mutual agreement with the seller. Testing fees shall follow the laboratory’s actual quotation, and the buyer must pay a deposit in advance before testing proceeds. If the test confirms the product is not pure, the seller shall bear the full testing cost. If the test confirms the product is pure, the buyer shall bear the full testing cost.
- The Seller guarantees the purity of the oud oil and its compliance with export requirements. Natural variations in color or aroma between each production lot are normal characteristics of the product and shall not be considered defects.
- The seller’s liability covers only transit loss or damage verified by DHL Express and/or official insurance reports; claims must be filed within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. No claims will be accepted for substitution, alteration, or tampering after receipt.
