Each batch is produced through a slow and continuous hydro-distillation process using high-grade stainless steel distillation systems. This method helps preserve the purity of the material while minimizing contamination throughout the process. Temperature is precisely controlled, and heat is maintained consistently over a period of 7–10 days.   • Each lot is produced by stainless steel hydro-distillation under strict quality standards using carefully selected raw materials. The buyer may request GC-MS and other residue testing for any lot through a reputable laboratory in Thailand or the Asia region, subject to prior mutual agreement with the seller. Testing fees shall follow the laboratory’s actual quotation, and the buyer must pay a deposit in advance before testing proceeds. If the test confirms the product is not pure, the seller shall bear the full testing cost. If the test confirms the product is pure, the buyer shall bear the full testing cost.
  • The seller guarantees authenticity and compliance with export requirements. Natural variations in color or aroma between batches are inherent to the product and do not constitute a defect.
  • The seller’s liability covers only transit loss or damage verified by DHL Express and/or official insurance reports; claims must be filed within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. No claims will be accepted for substitution, alteration, or tampering after receipt.
